REGGAE VEGAN FEST! How cool is that? The Coolest! Reggae is cool! Vegan is cool! Put them together, and you have the hottest, highest-vibration event ever!
Reggae and Vegan are a natural combination, as Ital – the traditional diet of Rasta culture in Jamaica – is Vegan. Ironically, GOING VEGAN is the only way we can save Jamaica, the Caribbean, and island nations everywhere, from Climate Change and environmental disaster! Animal agriculture is responsible for more greenhouse gas emissions than the combined exhaust from all transportation according to a report by the WHO (World Health Organization). It’s come full circle – the thinking in Jamaica when the word “Ital” was created in Jamaica in the 1930’s was that the vital life force – “livity” – cannot be nourished by animal bodies and excretions… higher thinking, true wisdom!
A celebration of life, music, peace, food, health, environment, and the animals – with reggae rhythm in the air, and thousands of smiling people everywhere!
